Hero Login Styler comes pre configured with 5 different login page styles to choose from. In order to activate one of these or a theme you've already created you'll be able to do this from the 'Activate' tab found in the left hand plugin navigation menu.
From here all that's required is to select the theme you'd like to activate from the 'Theme' dropdown and saving your change with the 'Save' button in the top right.
