Pages in WordPress are created from the 'Pages' section in the WordPress admin area. You can click on the 'Pages' link to show all the currently created pages.
From this page click the 'Add New' button to create a new page.
From the 'Add New Page' screen you can enter the title for your page and insert the page content in the content are below the title.
