You'll need to first download the latest theme ZIP file from Theme Forest. This can be found on your 'Downloads' page.
Using the downloaded ZIP file of the latest version you can then apply the update through the WordPress admin on the 'Themes' page as if installing a new theme by navigating to 'Themes' > 'Add New' and uploading the theme ZIP file. This would then update the existing theme installation.
